Doha Bank CEO Dr R Seetharaman congratulated the employees during the ceremony held in the presence of senior management at Doha Bank Tower’s auditorium in West Bay.
The awardees included Asad Akhtar, Ashraf Abougary, and Randy Garcia as ‘Most Committed Employees’; Catherine Pulayan and Sweeni Somaratne as ‘Best Call-Centre Agents’; while Mohamed Mostafa, Ramez Bayoumi, and Dana al-Ghafri were acknowledged for their significant recovery efforts.
The ‘Best Relationship Manager’ awards went to Don Denuwan and Febin Titus, while Adam Suleiman was acknowledged as ‘Best Dealer’ and Riyasmon Chalil was the ‘Best Personal Financial Executive’.
For Team Awards, City Center Branch was awarded the ‘Best Branch’ and Doha Festival City Branch bagged the award of ‘Best Branch for Retail Liabilities’. A special award was given to the ‘Best Cross Functional Team’ consisting of 21 employees from Retail Banking, Operations, IT, Finance, Operational Risk, Legal, Internal Audit, Compliance, and Administration.
