His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani performed the Istisqaa (rain-seeking) prayer at Al Wajbah prayer ground yesterday morning. His Highness the Personal Representative of His Highness the Emir Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa al-Thani and HE Sheikh Jassim bin Khalifa al-Thani took part in the prayer. A number of Sheikhs and Ministers, HE the Speaker of the Advisory Council, his deputy and members of the Council, as well as citizens also performed the prayer.
