Khalifa al-Thani held separate meetings with the Minister of Foreign
Affairs of Iraq, Dr Ibrahim al-Jaafari, (pictured), Minister of Interior of
Pakistan, Ahsan Iqbal and Minister of Internal Affairs of Belarus,
Igor Shunevich, on the sidelines of the first Major Event Safety and
Security Conference, in Doha, yesterday. Ways to strengthen bilateral
relations and co-operation between Qatar and the three countries were discussed.
