The Turkish embassy in Washington on Monday said it was resuming visa services on a ‘limited basis’ in the United States after an almost month-long suspension in a diplomatic spat between the NATO allies.

The embassy's move was announced on Twitter and comes immediately after the US said it was also resuming limited visa services.

The mutual resumption was made a day before Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim is due to arrive in Washington for talks with US Vice President Mike Pence.
