Qatar Sustainability Week, launched on Sunday, has proven to be the perfect showcase for the Hyundai Ioniq, the award-winning, industry-leading hybrid vehicle that is making its mark in Qatar.
As supporting partner for Qatar Sustainability Week – organised by Qatar Green Building Council – Skyline Automotive, the official distributor of Hyundai vehicles in Qatar, is perfectly placed to help raise the profile and awareness of hybrid technologies and establish them successfully in the country.
Highlighting Skyline Automotive’s involvement in Qatar Sustainability Week, a Hyundai Ioniq model was prominently displayed during the official opening at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC).
During a walk-round of the QNCC, HE Sheikha Hind bint Hamad al-Thani, vice chairperson and CEO of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF), and accompanying officials discussed with Skyline Automotive’s general manager, Paiman El Malla, the vision for future mobility in the country, the growing popularity of hybrid cars and the development of the eco-friendly car segment in Qatar.
Skyline Automotive and Hyundai Ioniq are participating in an innovative promotional campaign during the course of Sustainability Week run through the Green Life App, a sustainability loyalty platform which supports a wide range of sustainability activities.
Consumers who take a test drive of the Ioniq organised through Skyline Automotive’s newly opened showroom on Salwa Road can scan a QR code, collect ‘hero’ points and then redeem these against a variety of promotional offers, discounts and more with participating partners.
