His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani has awarded HE Dr Hamad bin Abdulaziz al-Kuwari, adviser at the Emiri Diwan, the Hamad bin Khalifa Sash in recognition of his role in serving the country and his honourable representation of the State of Qatar in international cultural forums, especially in the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (Unesco) recently. His Highness the Emir met with Dr al-Kuwari at the Emiri Diwan yesterday. Dr al-Kuwari expressed his pride at being honoured, voicing his thanks and gratitude to the Emir for supporting him.
