The seventh anniversary promotion of Safari Mall will be launched at the outlet in Abu Hamour, Doha, today.
The initiative provides a mix of special offers, collections and prizes, Safari Group has said in a press statement.
Safari Flavour is “one of the most-awaited food festivals in Qatar” and is hosted every year during the anniversary period by the Bakery and Hot Food section, the statement noted.
This year, too, Safari aims to bring to Doha different kinds of culinary experiences – such as Indian, Sri Lankan, Nepalese, Bangladeshi, Arabic, Filipino, Chinese, Pakistani, etc – through the festival.
More than 75 varieties of food will be offered to customers, featuring dishes like Mutton Malabari, Alleppey Prawns Curry, Chettinad Chicken Curry, Goan Fish Curry, Beef Vindaloo, Hyderabad Chicken Dum Biriyani, Sindhi Biriyani, Thalappakettu Chicken Dum Biriyani, Marble Cake, Motichur Laddu, Indian sweets, Koth Porotta, Vattelappam, Mutton Chops, Mixed Fried Rice, Mutton Fried Rice, Cream Caramel, Chilli Prawns Fry, Hong Kong Fried Rice, Chilli Beef, Singapore Chicken Fried Rice, Mutton Peshawari, Dal Fry and others.
As part of the anniversary celebrations, food outlets such as Saravana Bhavan, Keerthi Restaurant, Orange Cafeteria, Malabar Adukkala, Masala Corner, etc, which are located in the food court of Safari Mall, will be introducing promotions and combo meals at discounted rates, the statement pointed out.
Another major attraction during the anniversary is the ‘Cook & Win’ competition, which is to be held on October 21 at Safari Mall. The contest is open to women above the age of 18 years.
Attractive prizes await the winners of this competition, which will feature vegetarian and non-vegetarian items, snacks, desserts and healthy food.

A number of exclusive promotions have also been lined up as part of the celebrations.Offers such as two egg trays (30 pieces) for QR10, 1,100gm chicken for QR7, 1.8-litre Areej cooking oil for QR8.75 are available.
Similar promotions are also offered across other departments and sections such as home linen, luggage, fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, frozen food, grocery, household items, cosmetics, detergents and mobile phones.
Zainul Abideen, Group director and general manager of Safari Group, said Safari is all set to “astonish loyal customers through a wide variety of offers and discounts in all sections”. As part of the Diwali celebrations, Safari has arranged for a wide variety of sweets from northern and southern India.
Besides, different types of combo packs are readily available at the Safari Hot Food and Bakery section, while branded sweet products such as GRB, Bikaji, Ayyankar Bhavan are also available.In addition, different types of lamps are available at Safari as part of the festive season.
Meanwhile, Safari has said its ‘Win 20 Toyota Camry Cars Promotion’ continues to “attract huge response” from customers.
