Strong winds are again expected in most parts of the country on Friday along with poor visibility due to dust in some places by noon, the Qatar Met department has said.
Offshore areas, too, are likely to experience strong winds and high seas, according to the weather report.
The wind speed (northwesterly) may go up to 28 knots in some places inshore by noon and 35 knots offshore, with the sea level rising to 12ft. Visibility, meanwhile, may drop to 2km or less at times.
As per the forecast, inshore areas will be hot during the day, while slight to blowing dust is expected in some places along with clouds. Slightly dusty conditions are also likely offshore.
A maximum temperature of 38C is expected on Friday in Al Khor, Mesaieed and Wakrah, followed by 37C in Doha.
The minimum, on the other hand, will be 27C in Abu Samra, Mesaieed and Wakrah, and 31C in Doha.
