A trade delegation of 11 Turkish furniture manufacturers under the Kayseri Furniture Industrialists’ Association (Kaymos) umbrella will visit Doha from Saturday until October 3 to explore new partnerships with Qatari companies, it has been announced.
B2B meetings will be held at W Hotel Doha on October 2 and over 40 Qatari companies have already registered for the event.
The opening speech of the event will be delivered by Turkish ambassador Fikret Ozer.
The delegation will be headed by Yakup Deveci, chairman of Kaymos.
The organisation is supported by the Turkish Ministry of Economy, Turkish embassy and Commercial Counsellor’s Office, Qatar Chamber and Turkish Businessmen Association, a press statement noted.
The 11 participating delegation members are manufacturers of all types of home furniture, beds and mattresses and they will meet with Qatari furniture importers, contractors, technical consultants and interior designers.
