The diplomatic adviser to the Italian Prime Minister Maria Angela Zappia met Qatar’s ambassador to Italy Abdulaziz bin Ahmed al-Malki at the headquarters of the Italian council of ministers in Rome yesterday.
They exchanged views on issues related to bilateral relations between Qatar and Italy, in addition to issues of common concern.
Separately, the Secretary General of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation Elisabetta Belloni also met ambassador al-Malki yesterday. They discussed bilateral relations and ways of developing them, in addition to issues of common concern.

Director-General of Public Security Staff Major General Saad bin Jassim al-Khulaifi met Japan’s ambassador to Qatar Seiichi Otsuka in Doha yesterday.
The meeting discussed aspects of co-operation on issues of mutual interest.
