HE the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani yesterday met a delegation of governors of the provinces of Oromia Region in Ethiopia, during the course of their current visit to Qatar. They discussed bilateral relations and ways of enhancing them, as well as
