Emir sends message to French president
His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani sent yesterday a written message to French President Emmanuel Macron. HE the Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani delivered the message, during a meeting with the French president at the Elysee Palace in Paris yesterday.

Malaysian PM meets Qatar’s finance minister
Malaysian Prime Minister Mohamedd Najib Abdul Razak met with Qatar’s Finance Minister HE Ali Sherif al-Emadi. The Ministry of Finance said in a statement yesterday that the meeting addressed bilateral relations and the possibility of expanding the partnership between the two countries and enhancing co-operation in various fields of investment. During his visit to Malaysia, HE Ali Sherif al-Emadi also met with Malaysian Finance Minister Johari Abdul Ghani and Minister of Industry. During his visit to Singapore, the Qatari minister met with his Singaporean counterpart Heng Swee Keat, and Executive Director of the Singapore Investment Corp Lim Chow Kiat, where they discussed the development of investment.
