Albania allows Qataris entry without pre-visa until Nov 15

An official source at the Department of Consular Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Ministry said that the Albanian government recently issued a decree allowing citizens of the State of Qatar to enter the Republic of Albania during the summer season “without a pre-visa” from May 31 to November 15, 2017, and that Qatari nationals can stay in the Albanian territories for a period of 90 days during this period.

Zakat Fund urges Muslims to pay Zakat al-Fitr
Zakat Fund at the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs called on all Muslims to pay Zakat al-Fitr which is obligatory on every Muslim, male or female, big or small. In a statement issued yesterday, the Fund said that the amount of Zakat al-Fitr for Ramadan this year is QR15,  stressing that it must be paid before Eid al-Fitr prayer with enough time to be distributed to the beneficiaries before the Eid.
The Fund noted that Zakat al-Fitr can be paid at the offices and collection points of the Fund which are spread throughout the country.

Pakistan PM’s adviser meets Qatar’s envoy
Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, Sartaj Aziz, met Qatar’s ambassador to Pakistan, Saqr bin Mubarak al-Mansouri, in Islamabad yesterday.
Talks dealt with bilateral relations and means of enhancing them as well as matters of common concern.

Qatar-Serbia ties reviewed
First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, Ivica Dacic, met Qatar’s ambassador to Serbia, Sheikh Mubarak bin Fahad al-Thani in Belgrade yesterday.
Talks dealt with bilateral relations and means of enhancing them besides matters of mutual concern.
