Light rain along with a weak chance of thunder clouds have been forecast for Saturday across Qatar by the Met department.
Light rain was reported on Friday from the central and southern parts of the country, according to a tweet from the Qatar Meteorology Department.
The maximum temperature is expected to be 41C on Saturday in Doha and at Mesaieed, Wakrah and Al Khor, followed by 39C at Abu Samra, 38C at Dukhan and 34C at Ruwais.
The minimum temperature of 25C is forecast at Dukhan, followed by 26C at Al Khor and Ruwais, 27C at Abu Samra, Mesaieed and Wakrah, and 29C in Doha.
On Friday, the maximum temperature in Qatar was 41C and the minimum, 24C.
