HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani met the visiting Minister of Energy of Russia Alexander Novak and his accompanying delegation in Doha yesterday. Talks during the meeting dealt with bilateral relations and ways of enhancing them, mainly in the energy sector.
