Al Khalij Commercial Bank (Al Khaliji) recently hosted a seminar on international investment opportunities across a number of asset classes, including real estate, in collaboration with Knight Frank, the UK’s leading independent real estate consultancy.
In attendance were many of the bank’s key customers together with senior management, branch managers and relationship managers. The seminar, held at Doha’s W Hotel, shared research on global factors affecting real estate and provided an update on opportunities in this asset class. The event also provided a forward-looking view on the macro socio-economic and geopolitical indicators likely to impact upon the markets in the short to mid-term.
The partnership with Knight Frank allows customers of Al Khaliji to access comprehensive research and updated information together with an opportunity to invest into real estate opportunities from their inventory of the best properties globally. Key speakers from the Knight Frank team provided a comprehensive overview of the Paris, London, and the UAE markets.
