A two-month partial closure will be in place from Thursday in a section of Street No.967 in Al Khor Zone connecting to Al Thakhira Road.
The closure extends for 100m in both directions at the junction between Street No.967 and Al Thakhira Road near Al Meera.
Traffic will be diverted to a newly constructed alternative road near the closed part (as shown on the map).
The temporary diversion is required to enable sewer works as part of design, build, operate and maintenance of Al Thakhira sewage treatment works, transfer pumping station and associated pipelines.
