Sheikh Turki bin Faisal al-Thani, chairman of Al Sawari Holding Company yesterday said that he awarded to Gettco Construction, a subsidiary of Al Sawari Holding, ‘Al Seeliya Tower’, a multi-million construction project consisting of a residential hotel /serviced apartments tower in the heart of West Bay.
“We are pleased to sign this agreement with Gettco Construction, which I am confident will deliver this project to meet the highest standards of quality and agreed delivery date,” Sheikh Turki said.
Located in the most prominent business district of Doha, the 33-story and 4,0000 square metres tower, once completed, would encompass 180 luxury apartment rooms that will deliver a “unique” experience.
With an “exclusive” design, the project will envisage a local authentic atmosphere, innovative lifestyle and intuitive service. The tower has its completion date set for the end of this year.
