Birla Public School bid farewell to its outgoing Grade XII students recently, its eighth batch of 215 students. Aditya Arun and Mudra Patel were crowned ‘Mr. Birla’ and ‘Ms. Birla,’ respectively. The honour goes to students who, according to a panel of judges consisting of teachers, were role models in etiquette and conduct.
Every student of the outgoing class was called on to the stage and were given independent appellations by the juniors.
Every class, represented by a student, paid glowing tributes to the teachers who had taught them.
Sharon Sara Varghese, Aranya Nandi, Anjana Elizabeth Abraham, Aranya, Syed Mohammed, Mustafa, Kalyani, Aashiya, Swayam, Tanishka Kadam, Akshay Abrham, Vaishnav Menon, Akshaya Karthikeyan, Aditya Arun, Anashwar Dinesh Kumar, Anagha Sonu, Sebastian Bose, Neha Prasad, Neha Anto, Reshma Tony Karthik Sunil Chambath, Rebecca Sarah Bejoy, and Shreya Mariam Daniel addressed the gathering.
Principal A K Shrivastava and his leadership team presented every valedictorian student with an anorak on behalf of the school as a memento.
