The campaign, which aims at ensuring the safety of the food on display and that all the workers abide by the food safety rules, resulted in the issuing of two violation reports, in addition to 40 notices and warning to a number of outlets to correct any related violations.
MME's islands and beaches section at the Public Cleaning Department also conducted a cleaning campaign at the Sealine beach. All the rubbish and discarded items were removed with the participation of more than 100 employees of Med Gulf Company.
