Election to the managing committee of the Indian Community Benevolent Fund (ICBF), working under the aegis of the Indian embassy, will take place at the Indian Cultural Centre this evening.
The registration of voters will start from 6pm and voting will be held between 7 and 9 pm.
Though there will be no contest to elect a president as one of the two candidates has announced his withdrawal from the race, seven members to the managing committee, including a woman representative, will be elected through secret ballots.
The ICBF has more than 2,000 members.
