Paraguay President Horacio Cartes has awarded Qatar’s ambassador Abdullah Mohamed Ibrahim al-Derbasti with the National Order of Merit (First Class). Paraguayan Foreign Minister Eladio Loizaga presented the ambassador with the National Order of Merit, on behalf of the president during an honouring ceremony on the occasion of the end of his tenure.
