HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani met at his Emiri Diwan office yesterday with Japan’s ambassador to Qatar Shingo Tsuda, who called on the Emir to greet him on the occasion of the end of his tenure in Qatar. During the meeting, HH the Emir presented the outgoing ambassador with the Sash of Merit in recognition of his role in enhancing ties between the State of Qatar and his country, wishing him every success in his future assignments and for the bilateral relations further progress and prosperity. The ambassador expressed his thanks and appreciation to HH the Emir and the State officials for the co-operation he received which contributed to the success of his mission.
