HE the Secretary-General of the Foreign Ministry Dr Ahmed bin Hassan al-Hammadi yesterday held a farewell ceremony in honour of outgoing ambassadors Shingo Tsuda of Japan and Hassan Musa Limamao of Benin. The ceremony was attended by several diplomats and officials of the Qatari Foreign Ministry.
