The Police College yesterday received its third batch of students, the Ministry of Interior said in a press statement.
The new batch was welcomed by Captain Fahad Saeed al-Sobaie, director of the Training Department, Capt Jassim Abdullah al-Khater, commander, third company, along with other officers and commanders.
The students were divided into four groups and instructed on what to do while studying at the college. Captain al-Sobaiee said the college had made all preparations to receive the third batch, stressing that it relied on modernity in training methods and use of best global practices.
“The Police College of Qatar is working in co-operation with Chinese and American agencies. We are working to sign a co-operation agreement with China for different aspects of training for various military parades and police work,” he added.
