Participants pose at the conclusion of the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority (Acta) regional training session on the mechanism for the review of implementation of the United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC), in co-operation with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). The training aimed to introduce participants to the details of the review mechanism and develop their capacities in an effective manner through exchanging information on the convention’s implementation, discussing the policies followed, identifying their needs for technical assistance and providing them with the necessary technical experience in relation to the provisions of the convention, according to a press statement from Acta.
