Low visibility is expected in some places in the early hours of today, the Qatar Met department has said.  Inshore areas are likely to see hazy to misty/foggy conditions at first, followed by a hot day with slight dust and some clouds.  Visibility may drop to 2km or less. Offshore areas are likely to experience hazy to misty conditions at first, with slight dust expected later.  A maximum temperature of 40C was recorded yesterday in Jumayliya, followed by 39C in Sheehaniya and other places. In Doha, the mercury level reached a high of 35C in  Qatar University and Doha airport areas. Abu Samra recorded a low of 23C yesterday. Today, the maximum temperature is expected to reach a high of 38C in Doha and Al Khor.
