Strong winds and low visibility are expected in parts of the country on Wednesday, the Qatar Met department has said.
However, there is no warning for offshore areas, according to the weather report.
The wind speed is likely to be 10-20 knots in inshore areas, going up to 26 knots in some places by midday before decreasing to below 10 knots by night.
It will be hot during the day and slight to blowing dust is expected in some places.
Visibility, meanwhile, may drop to 3km or less in some areas at times.
Offshore areas are likely to experience hazy conditions.
A maximum temperature of 41C was recorded on Tuesday in the Qatar University and Doha airport areas, Al Rayyan, Mesaieed and Turayna, followed by 40C in Sheehaniya, Al Khor and other places.
On Wednesday, the mercury level is expected to reach a high of 40C in Al Khor, 39C in Mesaieed and Wakrah, and 38C in Doha and Abu Samra.
