HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani issued Emiri Decision No 37 of 2016 to change the board of directors of Qatar Leadership Centre.
The decision stated that the Chairperson of the board shall be HE Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani. The deputy would be HE Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah. The board will also include the membership of HE Minister of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs Dr Issa Saad al-Jafali al-Nuaimi, HE Sheikh Dr Abdullah bin Ali al-Thani and HE Sultan bin Rashid al-Khater.
The law also stated that the duration of the membership is for three year and could be extended.
The law is effective starting from its date of publication in the official gazette.
