Ooredoo has extended its “Ignite customer conversation campaign” across the country, as the company strives to provide the fullest range of services for Qatar’s small and medium business sector.
The Ignite campaign, which was designed to offer business insight for companies in Qatar, has seen “significant success” since its launch over the summer. Hundreds of business customers have taken advantage of the programme, which enables them to engage with Ooredoo business specialists for free consultancy sessions.
Each customer session provides an introduction to Ooredoo’s portfolio of ICT solutions and talks through the customer’s distinct business communication needs. The events are held directly at customers’ places of work, making it easy for them to participate and enabling the visiting team to provide on-site consultancy.
Yousuf al-Kubaisi, chief operating officer at Ooredoo Qatar, said: “This campaign has brought us closer to our business customers, providing them with cutting-edge Ooredoo expertise to solve real business challenges. As Ooredoo steps up our efforts to become Qatar’s leading ICT solutions provider, our understanding of customers’ priorities and our ICT expertise are becoming increasingly important assets for us and a resource for the business community.”
Ignite campaign teams have visited businesses in the Al Sadd, Old Airport, West Bay, Landmark, Industrial and Al Gharafa areas. Due to “positive response,” the team is now looking to increase the number of visits and areas visited, Ooredoo said.
Ooredoo’s Ignite customer conversation campaign is the latest initiative from Ooredoo designed to support Qatar’s business sector. Other programmes include the introduction of Ooredoo Business Desks in shops across the country.
The desks, which are located at Al Khor, Salwa, Al Sadd, Al Wakrah, City Center, Old Airport, Landmark and Hyatt Plaza Ooredoo shops, enable business customers to purchase the company’s business portfolio and services in-store, including Shahry Smart and Hala Business packs, Fibre and Mobile Broadband, SIP-T Business Telephony, Smart Office, Ooredoo Cloud Services, and more.
