The committee is a permanent entity established in line with Ministerial Decision No 88 for 2006, which pertains to Law no 29 for 2006.
The panel started operating on June 19, 2006, and has issued 296 related decisions until now. These include 232 decisions for demolition and 64 for maintenance of buildings.
