During the closure, motorists who intend to access the facilities within the work zone are advised to enter the service road from the entrance before the closure and follow the traffic diversion signs (as shown in the attached map).
The temporary closure is being made to carry out pavement repairing work along the service roads, in particular the longitudinal cracks on either side, the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) said.

A temporary closure will be in place for one month starting from Thursday at Al Mamoura Underpass along E-Ring Road and part of the service road on the D-Ring Road to Khalifa Bin Abdullah Al Attiya Intersection. The closure will last until August 29.
