Multilateral Affairs Francisco Echeverri, Qatar’s ambassador to Colombia Batal Mojab al-Dosari, Colombia’s ambassador to Qatar Faihan al-Fayez and a number of ambassadors of Arab countries, senior officials in Colombia and members of the Qatari embassy. The Emir is accompanied by an official delegation.
