Dr Francis’s talk brought Alfardan Group employees together along with their families and touched on key health
issues.
The event fell within Alfardan Group’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts aimed at promoting positive lifestyle choices among its personnel, the company said in a statement.
Dr Francis is a world-class speaker and celebrated author who has released five best-selling books on health and wellness in the US. As a cancer survivor, he shares insights on prevailing issues impacting physical well-being, how he was able to overcome a deadly disease and why people should adopt his holistic philosophy, in conferences all over the US, Germany, Switzerland, Greece, Egypt, Canada, Fiji, Qatar, the UAE and Mexico.
Omar Alfardan, president and CEO, Alfardan Group, said: “It was an honour to gain such valuable knowledge from the visit of Dr Raymond Francis, who shared his wisdom on overall health and wellness. The lecture is part of Alfardan Group’s various CSR initiatives and programmes, many of which are conducted in partnership with leading charity organisations within the region.

The event was organised at the Venezia Ballroom of Marsa Malaz Kempinski Hotel, The Pearl - Doha, which is one of Alfardan Group’s leading luxury hotels.
