Gulf Drilling International (GDI), a subsidiary of Gulf International Services, yesterday hosted the 13th GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) National Drilling Contractors forum. The event, held at Four Seasons Hotel, Doha, where delegates exchanged knowledge and shared experiences in onshore and offshore drilling operations including the current challenges in the ongoing global market downturn. Senior management and delegates from GDI, Kuwait Drilling Company, National Drilling Company- UAE and Abraj Energy Services –Oman attended the event, which also focused on cost optimisation.
