Rain and thunder are likely early on Thursday along with strong winds, the Qatar Met department said.
The weather is expected to stabilise gradually after that, over Thursday and Friday, with some chances of isolated light rain in certain areas.
Sea warnings, though, are likely to continue until Saturday, with thunderstorms, strong winds and high seas being forecast offshore Thursday.
The Met office also said the country might be affected by another spell of unstable weather from Monday with chances of scattered rain and thunder.
Different parts of the country received varying degrees of rain on Wednesday, including Doha, where some rain is likely Thursday as well, according to the weather report.

The forecast for inshore areas is that dusty conditions are likely at times and it will also be partly cloudy to cloudy with a chance of scattered rain, which may be accompanied by thunder, in some places at first. The wind speed in these areas may go up to 20 knots.
Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions are also likely in offshore areas along with a chance of scattered rain, which may be accompanied by thunder at first. It will be hazy to misty by night. The wind speed in these areas may increase to 25 knots during the thunderstorms in the early hours, with the sea level reaching 7ft.
The minimum and maximum temperatures on Thursdday are expected to be 19C and 26C, respectively, with the forecast for Doha being 20C and 26C.
