Family Food Centre’s Rayyan outlet and Masskar Hypermarket at Maider will host an Omani food fair on February 12 and 13, respectively.
The events are to feature Oman’s A’ Saffa Foods brand ambassador chef Issa al-Lamki highlighting the brand’s ideology of healthy eating and living.
There will be a live cookery show, titled “Omani Dishes with A’Saffa Chicken by celebrity chef Issa al-Lamki” at both the outlets from 5pm to 9pm on each day.
A‘Saffa Foods mission is to bring consumers ‘100% naturally-fed, hygienically-raised, farm-fresh, halal, healthy chicken and nutritious value added processed products.’
Oman’s largest fully integrated poultry producer - A’Saffa’s Foods farms and plant is located in Thumrait on a 40sq km area. A’Saffa poultry are fed with 100% natural fodder (yellow corn and soya), produced in a highly sophisticated factory, and slaughtered manually by knife (real halal) as per Islamic law (Shariaha).
