Parts of Qatar received some rain on Sunday and more thundershowers and strong winds are expected on Monday, the Met office has said.
Slightly dusty conditions are also likely in offshore areas, and visibility may drop to 2km or less in some places, according to the forecast.
Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions are expected in the country, along with a chance of rain – and thunder – in some places by the afternoon, the weather office has said.
Offshore areas are likely to be partly cloudy and there are chances of scattered rain and slightly dusty conditions as well.
The wind speed is likely to go up to 25kt in some places during the thundershowers. In offshore areas, it will reach 20kt towards the north.
The minimum and maximum temperatures in the country are expected to be 24C and 32C, respectively, with the forecast for Doha being 27C and 31C.
