HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani and the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Jaber al-Sabah held talks here yesterday.
The Kuwaiti crown prince Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmed al-Jaber al-Sabah attended the talks.
The delegation accompanying HH the Emir also attended the talks.
The two leaders reviewed relations between Qatar and Kuwait and means of strengthening them to serve the interests of the people of the two countries.
They also exchanged views on other regional and international issues of mutual concern.
HH the Emir and the Emir of Kuwait received the foreign ministers of the GCC member-states.
Later, the Emir and the GCC foreign ministers attended the luncheon hosted by the emir of Kuwait.
Earlier, upon arrival in Kuwait yesterday HH the Emir was received by the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Jaber al-Sabah and the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmed al-Jaber al-Sabah.
The Emir returned to Doha later yesterday evening wrapping up a short visit to Kuwait.
