Emir arrives in Kuwait to attend Arab-Africa summit

HH the Emir  Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani arrived in Kuwait yesterday.
The Emir and his accompanying delegation were greeted upon arrival at Kuwait International Airport by  the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Jaber al-Sabah.
Also at the airport to greet the Emir and accompanying delegation were Kuwait’s Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad al -Jaber al-Sabah, National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Ali Mohamed Thunayan al-Ghanim, Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak al-Hamad al-Sabah, a number of sheikhs, and ministers as well as  Qatar’s Ambassador to Kuwait Hamad bin Ali al-Henzab,  Kuwait’s ambassador designate to the Qatar Meteb bin Saleh al-Matutah, a number of senior officials and  the staff of the Qatari embassy in Kuwait.
The Emir is in Kuwait to participate in the 3rd Arab-African summit, which begins today.
The Emir is accompanied by HH Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani, the Personal Representative of the Emir.
A senior official delegation is also accompanying the Emir.
