HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani yesterday received a message from the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Jaber al-Sabah, containing an invitation to attend the third Africa-Arab Summit to be held in November in Kuwait. The message was delivered by Kuwaiti Ambassador Ali Suleiman al-Hefy.
