As part of the preparations for the Qatar Stars League (QSL), the competition’s organisers are putting together three media days to capture photos of the players in their new kits and other relevant data. The event will start from September 1st and finish on the 3rd.
The league organisers have already sent invitations to all Qatar Stars League players to attend the media days on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The players and coaches will attend wearing their teams’ official kit; they will be interviewed for both QSL TV (which can be found on YouTube), and for the QSL’s official website www.qsl.com.qa.
Some international players won’t be able to make the QSL’s media days due to representing their various national teams in Asian qualifiers for the 2018 World Cup Finals. However the QSL has also prepared auxiliary media days so that any players who missed the media days set to take place over the next few days will also have their photos and data captured.
In addition, the league organisers convened meetings with all 14 club media officers participating the QSL this season to stress the importance of the players’ attendance during the media days as well as co-operating fully with the local media.
The league organisers have also insured that there will also be a number of promotional events leading up to the start of the new Qatar Stars League season which is set to kick off on September 11.
There will be some great activities in the new Gulf Mall starting next Thursday until the 10th of September. Every day from 4pm until 10pm. The activities include promotional videos via TV monitors and interviews with the stars in the mall itself.
The Qatar Stars League is also set to hold its annual launch ceremony which will take place on September 7 at the iconic Sheraton Hotel from 10:30am. Clubs Presidents, officials and all 14 QSL member clubs’ technical staff have been invited to the event.
