HE the Foreign Minister Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah welcomes his Saudi counterpart Adel bin Ahmed al-Jubeir on arrival in Doha yesterday.

HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani met yesterday evening with Saudi Foreign Minister Adel bin Ahmed al-Jubeir, at Ras Milegi Palace.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Saudi minister conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud of Saudi Arabia; Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Mohamed bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz al-Saud; and Deputy Crown Prince, the Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defence Mohamed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud, and their best wishes to HH the Emir of good health and happiness and the people of Qatar continued progress and prosperity.
In turn, HH the Emir asked the Saudi foreign minister to convey his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the crown prince, and the deputy crown prince and his wishes for them of good health and wellness, and the brotherly Saudi people further progress and development.
During the meeting, HH the Emir and the Saudi minister reviewed the fraternal ties between the two brotherly countries and ways to enhance them, as well as a number of issues of mutual interest, especially the latest developments on the regional and international arenas.
Al-Jubeir arrived earlier yesterday on an official visit to Qatar.
He was welcomed upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by HE the Foreign Minister Dr. Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah and the charge d’affaires of the Saudi embassy, Mohamed Mansour al-Malik.
