Spanish coach Miguel Angel Lotina of Al Shahania handed in his resignation to the club’s administration and will no longer train the first team. The decision was made late on Sunday evening and the club accepted the decision after lengthy discussion. |
Al Shahania will have a crucial game against Al Sadd which will be held today. The match was originally postponed in the first week of the Qatar Stars League. The match will now be played in the Thani bin Jassim stadium– the home ground of both Al Gharafa and Al Shahania.
The Oryxes played two matches so far, a 1-1 draw against Al Kharaitiyat and a loss to Qatar Sports Club 4-0.
