A GCC man was fined QR3,000 by a Doha Criminal Court for being intoxicated and disturbing public peace.
Local Arabic daily Arrayah reported that the convict got drunk and drove his car at a high speed within his farm at the south of the country.
Subsequently, he asked a worker to prepare his food quickly and shortly afterwards started attacking him.
Police investigations also found that the man tried to hit the worker with his vehicle.
However, the worker testified at the court that he was not attacked, the daily added.
