HH Sheikha Moza bint Nasser at the graduation ceremony for the first batch of students of the Shafallah Centre for Children with Special Needs. A number of state officials attended the ceremony along with board members of Qatar Foundation for Social Action and parents of graduating students. Addressing the ceremony, Qatar Foundation for Social Action chairperson Munira al-Misnad praised HH Sheikha Moza’s efforts for integration of people with mental disabilities in the community, educating them and stimulating their capacities.
