HE the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Dr Abdullah Saleh Mubarak al-Khulaifi met yesterday with Philippine ambassador to Qatar Wilfredo C Santos. The meeting, which dealt with relations between the two friendly countries and ways to enhance them as well as issues of common concern, was attended by a number of senior officials at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
