Director of political affairs and security at the Italian Foreign Ministry, Luca Giansanti, yesterday met Qatar’s ambassador to Rome Abdulaziz bin Ahmed al-Malki al-Juhani.
•Mauritanian Minister of Finance Mokhtar Ould Diay yesterday met Qatar’s ambassador Abdulrahman bin Ali al-Ajaj al-Kubaisi.
•Sudanese Minister of Labour Ahmed Babikir Nahar met Qatar’s ambassador Rashid bin Abdulrahman al-Nuaimi.
The meetings reviewed Qatar’s ties with the three countries and discussed ways to boost them.
Precautionary warning over shooting range
Qatar Armed Forces General Command has announced that the marine shooting range (OBD-28), located east of Mesaieed near Fasht Al-Hadid, will be active until September 17 September from 6am to 5pm.
The General Command said in a statement that the marine range is located towards the east from the area of
Mesaieed, at approximately 40km at an angle of 105 from the port of Mesaieed near Fasht Al-Haid from the east, and extends to the south of Shraouh Island.
The General Command has urged those who frequent the area to take precautions for their own safety.
Muntazah health centre closed for maintenance
The Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) has announced that the Al Muntazah Health Centre will be closed for maintenance today and tomorrow.
The health centre will resume its normal routine from Sunday.
The PHCC has taken all necessary measures with Um Ghwaliena Health Centre to provide complete and integrated care for the visitors of Al Muntazah Health Centre on both days.
