The Building Permit Complex will organise the fourth workshop on “latest developments in the building permit system” on August 25.
The workshop will be attended by officials from accredited engineering consultancy offices operating in Qatar and representatives of all municipalities and departments concerned.
The event will be held from 6.30pm in the main hall of the General Directorate of Civil Defence.
The workshop will discuss various topics, including additions made to and improvements achieved in the second phase of the building permit system upgrade, which will contribute to an enhancement of system outcomes.
These are the online approval of plans, electronic payment, linking applications with the real estate registration department, Lusail City projects, meeting organisation and management, requests for electricity load intensification, issuance of building completion certificates, performance evaluation criteria, review of plan notes utilising the auto-view software, general remarks and open discussion.
