Indian ambassador Sanjiv Arora and community members paying floral tributes to former President of India and distinguished scientist Dr A P J Abdul Kalam at a condolence meeting held at the Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) yesterday. At the meeting the envoy recalled Dr Kalam’s contributions to the development of research, science and technology in India as well as to the betterment of the humanity. Arora also recollected his meeting with the Late Dr Kalam in Houston, Texas, where the diplomat served as India’s Consul General.
